Payment Policy
The patient is responsible for covering the fee for any services rendered, this fee is due at the time of service for all patients. We gladly diagnose and treat uninsured and out-of-network patients. If you have any questions about the cost of our services, we will be happy to provide you with a quote ahead of time. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you call us 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your existing appointment. This time will allow us to offer the appointment time to patients who are on our waiting list.
